    Free shipping for all orders over $200 (excluding rugs)
    Flat rate of $10.50 NZ wide
    Felt Rug - $10.50
    Felt Ball Rug - $30
    Shipping within NZ is generally 1 - 3 business days (+3-5 for rural)

    Australia - Flat rate AU$14 (4-14 days)
    Felt Rug - AU$30
    Felt Ball Rug - AU$60
    United States - Flat rate US$18 (5-21 days)
    Felt Rug - US$50

    DAMAGED

    We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from it’s journey to you. However if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet dispatched it. We will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with.
