Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, therefore we offer a refund or store credit on full price purchases within 14 days of receiving them.
If the item and it's packaging are in original and unused condition then we'll give a full refund (excluding shipping).
If an item is returned and it is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or is returned after the 14 days then we may issue a partial refund.
There are no refunds or store credit given on sale items except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items can be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@tiktakdesignco.com and send your item to: Tik Tak Design Co, PO Box 21172, Rototuna, Hamilton 3256, New Zealand.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Tik Tak Design Co, PO Box 21172, Rototuna, Hamilton 3256, New Zealand.
Returns are to be shipped at your expense (unless products are faulty) and we recommend sending it tracked as we are not responsible for any returned items lost in the post. Once received, we will process your refund or store credit. When you send your item, please include your contact details, order number and whether you would like a refund or store credit. Please DO NOT ship any items for return without contacting us first.
Please note that we do not refund your original shipping cost. If your order was eligible for free shipping and you return all the items then we reserve the right to deduct our shipping costs from any refund due. If you partially return an order and the items you keep fall under the free shipping threshold (and you received free shipping) then we reserve the right to deduct our shipping costs from any refund due.
